Shirley has been grooming my dogs for many years. I was so pleased with her skill and knowledge of dogs that I followed her from her previous places of employment to her own successful business location. She provides more than just a bath for my pets as she is caring and loving with all her clients.

My two dogs, Izzy, a rescue Rottweiller, and Lucy, a rescue Chow/lab/golden mix, have been going to see their favorite groomer Shirely for five years now. I wouldn’t take them any other place. First of all, they are actually excited when they walk in the door of California Groomin, unlike any other place they’ve been to. Shirley is so warm, friendly and professional. I always feel they are in excellent hands and know my girls will be well taken care of and come back smelling so good! Shirley is wonderful to all her customers whether they have four paws or two feet, and I am so excited she will be expanding to a grooming/boarding facility. We are so lucky to have her in our neighborhood and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

It has been nothing but a pleasure knowing Shirley from the first day that we brought Winston in to be groomed by her. And Winston just fell in love with her right away. If I am not mistaken we have been bringing winston to California Groomin’ for about two years now and it has been wonderful for him.

I have been to a number of dog groomers in the WLA and Culver City area over the years. Shirley has consistently done excellent grooming and she brings something extra which I have not found at other locations. As a very hairy golden retriever, Shirley Lewis, my groomer, is very important to me. When my mom tells me I am going to see Shirley, I get very excited. You see, I have been to many many groomers, and Shirley is the best. After I see Shirley, I feel cool, comfortable, I smell great, and the best part is I even get a bandana. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Henri and always making him look so beautiful. For the past few years, we have always taken great comfort knowing that when we brought Henri, our big Briard, to California Groomin’ that he would always be treated kindly and gently, and come back to us looking amazingly beautiful. Khaty is a very adorable Miniature Schnauzer. She is very nervous when we drop her off to be groomed, as she is a very anxious dog. Your calm, and loving manner is perfect for her, and any pet with similar issues. She looks absolutely beautiful when her grooming is done. I don’t know how Khaty feels, but we love your finishing touch of a scarf or bow that you provide for the special occasions arising within that particular month of her grooming.
